Jabir Ibrahim reported being unable to withdraw money due to an insufficient balance despite having adequate funds. Upon contacting GTBank's customer service, he was advised to be patient while the issue was resolved.

Sources within the bank attributed the issues to technical complications from the migration, potentially causing temporary account balance discrepancies.
