On August 16, 2024, the mobile gaming platform GAMEE, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, announced that it has received an investment from TON Ventures, the first venture fund of The Open Network (TON).

Managed by a DAO, TON Ventures aims to invest in projects built on the TON platform. The investment will support the WATCoin ecosystem, including the WatBird Mini App project.
Integrating TON into GAMEE
GAMEE plans to integrate TON-based digital assets such as tokens and NFTs into its Telegram Mini App to enhance user engagement. The platform already has over 4 million players using TON Wallets. GAMEE aims to expand its activities in the TON ecosystem by launching WATCoin and onboarding new gaming and Web3 communities.
Future Plans and Goals
Bozena Rezab, co-founder of GAMEE, expressed excitement about deepening the relationship with TON. The company aims to enrich the gaming experience in Telegram with new community-focused mechanics. This is a significant step in integrating 90 million Telegram users into the TON ecosystem.
The investment from TON Ventures will help GAMEE expand its influence in the Web3 space and attract new communities to the TON ecosystem.
