Various cryptocurrency sectors are ready to be part of investor portfolios in 2024, according to analyst Reku. Three of them typically outperform Bitcoin.

During an exceptional week for the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin once again demonstrated its dominance with a significant rebound, reaching an impressive level of US$70,519 in the past few days.

This recovery not only reaffirmed Bitcoin's resilience but also highlighted the growing optimism among investors in several related crypto sectors.

According to Coinmarketcap, along with Bitcoin, other major cryptocurrencies such as ETH, XRP, and DOGE also saw substantial gains. These increases, ranging from 9.13% to 42.96%, have since been corrected significantly on today.

Responding to these changes, Crypto Analyst Reku, Fahmi Almuttaqin, discussed the current market dynamics, specifically related to various crypto sectors, linking them to Federal Reserve policies.

"The Bitcoin and crypto market price recoveries are evidence of market dynamics significantly influenced by Federal Reserve policy," Fahmi said in a statement to the media on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

He also emphasized the impact of the increased netflow ETF Bitcoin Spot conditions following the Federal Reserve officials' FOMC meeting, indicating bullish prospects for several crypto asset sectors.

Fahmi further recommended that investors targeting significant portfolio growth focus on potential sectors that typically outperform Bitcoin concerning price increases, especially those with relatively small market capitalization.

He identified three sectors with high growth potential: Real World Asset (RWA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Ordinal Ecosystem.

Highlighting the RWA crypto sector, Fahmi noted its focus on asset tokenization of physical assets like commodities and real estate utilizing smart contract sophistication.

He cited BlackRock's recent move towards asset tokenization with the launch of ETF Spot Bitcoin and the BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund as primary growth drivers.

"Crypto asset ONDO, in the RWA sector for instance, saw a spike of 76.8% following BlackRock's announcement," Fahmi explained.

In the AI crypto sector, Fahmi referred to companies like NVIDIA adopting AI model implementations as significant growth drivers.

He mentioned the performance of AI-related crypto assets like Render (RNDR), Bittensor (TAO), and Fetch.AI (FET), all seeing price increases ranging from 11.6% to 22.6%.

The Ordinal Ecosystem crypto sector was also highlighted for its potential in a bull market, thanks to the expanded use cases of Bitcoin blockchain, thanks to technology upgrades last year that enabled tokenization efforts on Bitcoin.

Fahmi explained this crypto sector's ecosystem's ability to boost project credibility on the Bitcoin blockchain due to increased adoption and computational power.

However, he noted the potential high transaction costs to drive alternative networks, like Dogecoin with DRC-20 token standards, attracting investors with lower transaction costs and meme-related.

With the current market conditions in various crypto sectors, Reku advises investors to make careful decisions and not rush into investments.
