KuCoin and Its Founders Facing Criminal Charges in U.S.

The U.S. Department of Justice has brought criminal charges against KuCoin, a cryptocurrency exchange, and two of its founders, Chun Gan and Ke Tang. The indictment accuses KuCoin and its founders of violating the Bank Secrecy Act by not maintaining an adequate anti-money laundering (AML) program. The exchange allegedly concealed that many U.S. users were trading on its platform and did not comply with U.S. law. KuCoin also failed to implement the necessary AML and KYC programs, allowing the platform to be used for money laundering. Gan and Tang, both Chinese citizens, could face up to 10 years in prison.

Shiba Inu Prepares for Potential Price Rally

Shiba Inu's price has recently risen by over 4% to reach the $0.00003 level. Analyzing previous price surges, when SHIB prices increased by 400%, it can be observed that every time SHIB approached the $0.00003 mark, buyers intervened to drive prices up. Despite facing resistance at this level, the persistent growth of SHIB price suggests a potential bullish breakout if the $0.00003 barrier is successfully breached.
