Investor Requirements
World Liberty Financial stated that they have initiated the KYC process for investors looking to purchase the WLFI governance token and that this should only be done by accredited investors in the USA. Investors must complete KYC to access additional information about token sales, and only accredited investors will have access to this information.
Donald Trump's Statement
Former President Trump confirmed during a livestream on the X platform on September 16 that World Liberty Financial will sell a non-transferable governance token called WLFI, with participation limited to accredited investors. According to the statement, the distribution of WLFI will be as follows: 63% to be sold to the public, 17% for user rewards, and 20% for the team.
