At the annual Call of Duty 'Next' event, streamer @JustHazzardous got the first-ever nuke in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 during a live stream of the beta version.

Call of Duty 'Next' Event

The 'Next' event of Call of Duty took place on August 28th, two days before the release of the beta version. The event showcased all the details of the new beta version to fans. Additionally, gaming streamers were invited to try it out live. At this moment, content creator Justin “J” Hazard (JustHazzardous) was able to get his first nuke.

Playing in Hardpoint Mode

Although the streamer had his first nuke in Black Ops 6, Justin told his fans he achieved it last year as well in Modern Warfare 3. JustHazzardous unlocked the nuke playing in the Hardpoint game mode.

Treyarch Studios' Reaction

This moment was highlighted on Treyarch’s X account. The tweet congratulated the player and challenged more players to be the next one in the nuke race. Releasing a nuke is considered a significant achievement in Call of Duty as it requires an extreme grind to achieve 30 kills in a row without dying.

The official release of Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is scheduled for October 25th. From August 30 to September 4, 2024, fans can pre-order the open beta version which will be available from September 6 to 9.
