Current Issues with una Wallet Services

Recently, una Wallet users were informed about login difficulties after deleting and reinstalling the app. The company assured that they are diligently working to resolve the issue quickly.

una Wallet Shutdown and the Importance of Mnemonic Phrase

The una Wallet service will officially terminate on December 26, 2024. After that, users will need to use a recovery (mnemonic) phrase to access their funds via the WEMIX PLAY App or other wallets. The recovery phrase will remain accessible for one year after service termination.

Please note that the grace period is subject to change.

Action Plan for Users in the Current Situation

una Wallet users are strongly advised to save their recovery phrase ahead of time. This will prevent losing access to funds after the service ends. Those experiencing login issues will not be able to use their recovery phrase immediately but will be able to save it during the grace period once the issue is resolved.

The team behind una Wallet continues to update users on progress towards resolving the issue. It is recommended to follow official announcements on the WEMIX platform.
