The transaction took place at 02:51 (UTC), leaving the full amount in the recipient's Ripple address without any subsequent transactions. The wallet's escrow balance now holds 4.5 billion XRP, awaiting the scheduled release on May 1.

In the past, Ripple has adhered to unlocking 1 billion XRP monthly as per its regular schedule. Recent exceptions include releasing 500 million XRP in March, followed by relocking 800 million XRP.
