Consequences of BlackSuit's Actions
According to statements, BlackSuit has compromised over 450 victims in the US since 2022, receiving more than $370 million in ransom payments. They employ double-extortion tactics, encrypting victims' systems and threatening to leak stolen data.

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John Eisenberg stated that BlackSuit's actions represent a serious threat to public safety in the US. The operation was conducted with support from agencies such as the Secret Service and the FBI, as well as international authorities from the UK, Germany, Ukraine, and other countries.
