SEC vs Ripple Case Resolved

The lawsuit between the SEC and Ripple, dating back to 2020, finally reached a conclusion. The SEC had accused Ripple of selling unregistered securities ($XRP) during their ICO in 2013. Four firms, including 21Shares and Bitwise, have applied for an $XRP-based ETF. According to Polymarket predictions, $XRP has a 71% chance of approval this year. With changes in SEC leadership, an approval could boost $XRP's price by late this year.
