B3 has launched XRPL Gamechain, the first gaming ecosystem on the XRPL EVM sidechain, aimed at accelerating cryptocurrency adoption.

The gaming industry offers significant advantages for blockchain adoption, particularly with its mobile-first approach. B3 will allow mainstream users to interact with XRP without complicated wallet configurations, increasing accessibility to a broader audience.

Seamless Integration of XRP into Gaming

The XRPL Gamechain testnet introduces five mobile-optimized games where players can earn, spend, and interact with XRP. This creates a dynamic in-game economy, providing liquidity and demonstrating XRP's utility in the speculative market. To support adoption, RLUSD is integrated as the preferred stablecoin for conducting in-game transactions.

XRPL Credentials Amendment for Compliance Management

The XRP Ledger is preparing to activate the Credentials amendment, expected soon with 82.86% approval. This upgrade adds three new transaction types: CredentialCreate, CredentialAccept, and CredentialDelete, offering a decentralized approach to KYC and AML compliance management. This amendment simplifies regulation compliance for both users and institutions, reducing friction for XRP users.
