During the activation of the Shanghai upgrade, approximately 25% of validators using the Prysm client experienced a temporary drop in participation. However, developers responded swiftly to the situation, and validator activity rebounded to nearly full capacity within a few hours.
Minor Compatibility Issue with Nethermind and Nimbus Clients
Additionally, a minor compatibility issue between the Nethermind and Nimbus clients is currently under review, but developers have assured that it has only impacted a very small number of users. Importantly, despite these minor setbacks, the Ethereum chain maintained stability throughout the upgrade process, which facilitated the Ethereum BPO fork.
