On January 12, 2026, Lista DAO made a significant stride in the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape by launching open access to its Real World Asset (RWA) platform. This initiative marks the first native RWA offering on the BNB Chain, allowing users to engage with traditional finance products seamlessly within the ecosystem. As stated in the official source, this development is expected to enhance liquidity and broaden investment opportunities for users.
Transition to Full Public Access
The transition from a whitelisted beta to full public access follows extensive testing that began in late November 2025. With this launch, BNB Chain users can now deposit USDT and earn yields from tokenized financial products, connecting them to institutional-grade returns backed by established funds.
Collaboration for Asset Tokenization
Lista has collaborated with Centrifuge for asset tokenization and Chainlink for price feeds, ensuring a robust verification process for transparency. At the time of the launch, two tokenized products were introduced, both managed by Janus Henderson through the Anemoy framework. The first product, USDTJTRSY, is backed by short-term US Treasury Bills, currently offering a yield of 365% APY based on 7-day data. The second product, USDTJAAA, is backed by AAA-rated Collateralized Loan Obligations, boasting a yield of 471% APY.
User Experience and Fees
Users can easily deposit USDT, purchase tokenized RWA shares, and earn accruing yields, with the option to redeem their investments when desired. Lista charges a 5% performance fee on the generated interest, filling a crucial gap in the DeFi market by providing stable alternatives during times of low native DeFi yields.
Future Plans for Tokenized Assets
This strategic move positions BNB Chain competitively in the expanding RWA sector, with plans to introduce more tokenized assets in the first half of 2026.
As Lista DAO enhances the DeFi landscape with its new RWA platform, PancakeSwap and Curve continue to lead in liquidity provision on the BNB Chain, offering users opportunities for significant returns. For more details, see liquidity provision.
