For example, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington rejected a "travel permission request" for Changpeng Zhao (CZ) in a closed order.

The founder and former CEO of this trading platform faced a second restriction on his activities. Earlier, Judge Richard Jones temporarily suspended the execution of a decision allowing Zhao to return to his home in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). "He is not allowed to leave this country until the court resolves the government's petition for review." Authorities fear that the entrepreneur might flee.

According to information from The Wall Street Journal, Yi He owns at least 10% of Binance's shares. At the beginning of the discussion on regulating this situation, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) expected the entrepreneur to leave his post along with CZ. However, this did not happen.

It is also reported that Yi He criticized the profitability of sponsorship activities and ties with Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, leading to the dismissal of the company's responsible vice president. She also expressed dissatisfaction with a reality show and got rid of the producer.

Additionally, the press service of the trading platform announced the addition of several cryptocurrencies to the "Watchlist." These include the tokens ANT, FIRO, KP3R, MDX, MOB, REEF, VAI, XMR, ZEC, and ZEN. Meanwhile, the "Seed" markings will be removed for GMX and SUSHI. Binance representatives stated that digital assets under "monitoring" might cease to meet listing standards and may be excluded from the exchange's assortment. It should be noted that recently OKX also removed XMR, ZEC, and ZEN due to their high degree of anonymity.
