Brian Roberts has stepped down as CFO of NFT platform OpenSea. Earlier, the vice head of business development Ryan Futi also announced the dismissal.

Brian Roberts worked for the organization for 10 months and reportedly stepped down from his duties due to a prolonged market crisis. He did not provide any weighty arguments, he only said that he would also take part and contribute to the team.

Brian Roberts, a technology veteran who moved from Web2 to Web3 and started the growth and improvement of the industry. Before joining OpenSea, he worked for Lyft for 7 years. In OpenSea he was responsible for the development of the financial department.

Brian Roberts claims to have worked with OpenSea vice head of strategic finance Justin Jow; it is assumed that he can take his position. Earlier, his departure was also announced by vice head of business development Ryan Futi. He worked for 18 months.

In June, the head of OpenSea, Devin Finzer, announced that the organization needed to get used to the current market conditions, and this contributed to a reduction in workers by 20%.
