On June 11, 2024, the US spot Bitcoin ETF sector continued to experience capital outflows. According to SoSo Value, this figure reached $200 million.
A positive trend in the US Bitcoin fund sector had been observed for nearly a month, starting on May 13, 2024. However, on June 10, the sector recorded its first capital outflow in 19 trading days, amounting to $64.93 million.
According to the platform, on June 11, no platform received any capital inflows. The largest outflow of $121 million was recorded by the GBTC crypto fund from Grayscale Investments. Additionally, funds were withdrawn from ARKB, BITB, HODL, and FBTC.
Six other products, including IBIT from BlackRock, showed no capital movement.
The last time such a significant capital outflow was observed was on May 1, 2024, when $563.7 million was withdrawn from crypto funds. Meanwhile, on March 12, net inflows into these products reached a record $1.05 billion.
