The DeFi protocol Formless raised $2.2 million in investments

The DeFi Protocol Formless recently announced the successful completion of its pre-seed funding round, raising $2.2 million from more than ten investors. This round included participation from renowned venture funds such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Knights Capital, Wagmi Ventures, CRT Labs, MH Ventures, as well as several private investors. Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon Labs, also expressed his support for the Formless project.

The Formless team emphasized that the funds raised will be used for further development of their Share protocol, as well as for creating innovative next-generation products.

"We are grateful to our investors for their support, which will be a key factor in the development of Share and the realization of our vision of a decentralized future," representatives of Formless stated.

As indicated on their website, Formless is a decentralized network and digital space designed for collective ownership and community building around physical and digital property.

Brandon Thorpe, the founder of the project, highlighted that the digital economy developed by Formless allows users to form groups to attract new participants and provides powerful platforms for major players.
