Parallel Studios has announced the launch of open beta testing for its science fiction trading card game (TCG) "Parallel". The game's development began in 2021, and it has already garnered significant attention within the Web3 community, becoming one of the most anticipated games. Parallel is part of a broader ecosystem and is currently adapted for PC, with plans to expand availability to other platforms.

In October 2023, the team released its most extensive card set to date, "Planetfall". The game unfolds against the backdrop of a dystopian narrative about five parallel civilizations struggling for control over Earth after a disaster that occurred 10,000 years ago. The gameplay involves strategic deck building and turn-based matches.

Koji Nagata, the head of game design, in an interview with BlockchainGamer.biz, highlighted the game's uniqueness, noting the high quality of art and a new gaming experience that will be interesting to both newcomers and experienced TCG players.
