The committee is formed from recognized authorities in the gaming industry: Henri Lieutaud represents the Starknet Foundation, Oli Freuler is associated with Starkware, Gabin Marignier is part of Focus Tree, Chris Lexmond contributes from Unstoppable Games, Tarrence van As represents Cartridge, and Loaf is included from Loot Realms.

The committee's activities are organized into three main stages: initial analysis of the ecosystem's readiness and needs, development of a growth and stimulation strategy, and then the direct implementation of approved initiatives, which will be funded from a dedicated budget of 50 million $STRK tokens.
