According to the assessment of specialists presented in the publication, this measure is set to take effect at 3:00 AM UTC on November 4th.

The suspension is aimed at improving the performance, security, and scalability of the Polkadot blockchain. Users are strongly encouraged to finalize any urgent transactions before the suspension commences as they will be unable to transfer their DOT during this period.
Upbit's Commitment to Users
Upbit has committed to keeping its users informed about the duration of the suspension and will announce when services will resume following the completion of the network transition.
