In a promising sign for the cryptocurrency market, US spot Bitcoin ETFs have experienced a notable resurgence in institutional interest, as reported by Farside Investors. According to the results published in the material, this uptick in net inflows suggests a potential stabilization after a period of significant outflows.
ETFs Record Significant Net Inflows
During the trading week of July 13-17, these ETFs recorded approximately $757 million in net inflows, marking the second consecutive week of positive movement. This trend indicates a renewed confidence among institutional investors, who had previously pulled back amid market volatility.
Strong Session on Friday Boosts Inflows
A particularly strong session on Friday contributed to this positive momentum, with net inflows reaching $1.323 million. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust played a pivotal role in this recovery, accounting for $1.365 million of the total inflows.
Analysts Caution on Recovery Sustainability
Despite this constructive shift, analysts caution that the overall recovery remains modest when compared to earlier withdrawals. They highlight the need for sustained positive flows to confirm a lasting rebound in the market.
