It is an open platform, where people can connect and conduct business remotely in a reliable, transparent and secure way without any control from the authorities. The platform will provide the means to eliminate fraud and exploit freelancers, offering its users all benefits of decentralization. Insur offers all functionality of a freelance portal.

Description of the project
Insur relies on smart contracts to provide a mechanism to enforce contract terms automatically. This means that the parties to the contract agree from the outset on a predetermined set of rules that are associated with specific known actions. This eliminates the need for third party escrow services in business transactions, can prevent disputes and help to build a level of trust between remote workers and employers.
User funds are stored in a smart contract, so users are always in control of their money. In addition, the platform has no restrictions and makes all its available functions available to everyone. There are no "premium" features that require a paid subscription. The platform uses USD Coin (USDC), the Ethereum ERC-20 stablecoin.
Using the Ethereum stable coin token for payments has several game-changing advantages such as:
| 1. | The ability to send / receive money to / from a smart contract. |
| 2. | Almost instant settlement of payments (payments / refunds are calculated within seconds or minutes). |
| 3. | Lack of volatility (requirement for business contracts). |
| 4. | Lack of confirmation / clearance, required for payments. |
| 5. | Easy access and conversion. |
Insur uses a simple and straightforward pricing model: users pay a flat fee to create a contract, paid by either an employer or a remote worker. There are no other platform fees.
The parties to the contract will be offered the option to either select a jury of their choice (by mutual agreement) or use a decentralized dispute resolution system that will rely on multiple jurors (platform users) who will decide by majority vote.
