NFTX — a platform for generating ERC20 tokens, supported by NFT collectibles. These tokens are called funds and (like all ERC20s) are fungible and composable. With NFTX, you can create and exchange funds, based on your favorite collectibles like CryptoPunks, Axies, CryptoKitties and Avastars right from DEX like Uniswap.

Description of the NFTX platform
A common misconception is that NFTX is a project for NFT collectors, but most NFT collectors like to view and trade individual NFTs, so they have no reason to bundle their collections into fungible tokens. However, there are many people who do not have the time or knowledge to trade individual NFTs but would like to enter the NFT markets. These are the target NFTX users - people who trade top tier funds of NFT chips like AXIE, PUNK & KITTY on Uniswap, not people who minted / redeemed their NFTs on the NFTX website.
There are two types of funds on the project:
| Funds D1 | Have 1:1 support between one NFT contract and an ERC20 contract. For example, if someone owns 2 PUNK-ZOMBIEs, this means that he can redeem exactly two random CryptoPunk Zombies at any time. Another example would be a member who owns 1 AXIE-MYSTIC-2, which gives him the option to redeem one random Axie with two Mystic Parts. |
| Funds D2 | These are balancer pools that pool D1 funds. For example, AVASTR will be a D2 fund that combines three different Avastar D1 input funds (AVASTR-BASIC, AVASTR-RANK-30 and AVASTR-RANK-60). The rationale behind this - to offer more varied exposure without requiring users to hold multiple tokens. |
The project will only start with D1 funds, so the home page will list specific funds at first, but after creating top-level D2 funds, the home page might shift focus to those funds.
Users will navigate to the home page and see metrics for top level funds, supported by NFT blue chips such as CryptoPunks, Axies, CryptoKitties and Avastars.
