Stake DAO, operating on a revenue-sharing basis, will integrate the DeFi services. DAO token holders will be able to receive income from staking consistently. This will allow anyone, who wants to withdraw the profit, received from the commission for servicing the services of the future StakeDAO in the form of regularly distributed rewards.

Stake DAO project description
StakeDAO will distribute the profit, generated from the DeFi basket of services to StakeDAO delegators / participants through the Stake Capital Token (SCT).
The process is as follows:
| Firstly | Stakeholders deposit collateral for one (or several) DeFi services. Ethereum (in the near future), Tezos, Loom Network, Synthetix pools, Livepeer, Cosmos Network, Kusama, Polkadot and others can be used as collateral. |
| Secondly | At the end of the cycle of a fixed duration, SCT tokens are distributed among all delegates in proportion to the amount of commission they earned for Stake Capital. This happens automatically, no additional action is required. |
| Thirdly | SCT holders can contribute their earned SCT coins as a share to receive a DAO commission reward on the Stake Capital website. The collected profits will be distributed among the stakers on a regular basis. |
The number of SCT tokens has a limit. Allocation will occur at a steadily decreasing cycle rate, thereby encouraging early staking delegates. In addition, SCT holders will be rewarded in proportion to their governance rights in the DAO, giving them the ability to change specific parameters, such as adding a new DeFi service, changing the token payout rate, reducing the cycle time and others.
This system not only rewards early adopters with more voting rights, it is also optimized for collective long-term thinking, as the longer users stay in it, the more SCT tokens they accumulate.
