The Sandbox Marketplace — where you can buy tokens such as ASSETs, LANDs and GEMs. Voxel artists can upload their ASSETs to the marketplace, thus “converting” them into non-fungible tokens (NFT). The Marketplace is the first initial step towards tokenizing voxel ASSETs. It also introduces artists to blockchain by introducing them to a decentralized marketplace that is not related to fiat. The marketplace will allow the trading of tokenized assets that can interact between different games and platforms.

About The Sandbox Marketplace
The trading platform was launched on March 30, 2021. The project features NFTs, created by The Sandbox Creator Fund, which are available for purchase. The revenue from these sales will be split like this:
- 95% will go to the artist who created the NFT;
- 5% will go to a fund with more creators to create high quality content through the Creator Fund and Game Maker Fund programs.
Approved voxel performers, such as those who are part of Creator Fund The Sandbox, can upload NFTs to the marketplace initially. Other community members and artists will be able to download them later.
Features of the project:

The Sandbox ecosystem's currency is $ SAND. Hence, you will need $ SAND to execute any transactions on The Sandbox marketplace. Currently, you will also need ETH to pay for the Ethereum blockchain gas to process the transaction.
What else should you know?
All interactions with The Sandbox are subject to a 5% commission that is automatically applied. For example, if a seller uploads an NFT to the marketplace and sets a price of $ 500 SAND, then it will be listed as $ 525 SAND.
