TronLease - TokenGoodies — the first of its kind exchange where users can trade energy among themselves. Buyers will be able to buy energy for less than the cost of burning TRX, and sellers will receive TRX payouts in exchange for freezing their TRXs in the buyer's account.

Description of dapp TronLease - TokenGoodies
To take part in the project, press the button “Buy energy”. Enter the user address or contract under which you want to receive energy. Enter the amount of energy you want to buy.
You will save money if you choose any value below 10. Choose how long you want the user's TRX to be frozen in your account. This is fixed for 3 days currently due to TRON API restrictions. It may be longer in the future. Click the place order button and follow the instructions on the screen.
How to sell energy:
| 1. | Click the Sell button (or the right arrow button on mobile). |
| 2. | Enter the amount of energy you want to sell. You can look at the amount of TRX next to the "freeze" label to see how much TRX you can freeze. |
| 3. | Enter the address of the user where you want to receive payment. Click the Sell button and follow the onscreen instructions to place your order. Your TRX payout will be immediately sent to your account. |
Use this open market where you can buy / sell TRON energy. The site has a member reward calculator that you can use to keep track of your payouts.
Additional information of the blockchain project
At the moment, White Paper and RoadMap are not available on the site. Instead, the developers provide instructions on how to work and answers to some questions.
