Description of the USWAP project - dapp.expert
On the USWAP website, you can perform various actions. For example: add liquidity, exchange tokens and work with the UME token. To add liquidity, select the "Liquidity" item in the top menu and click the "Add liquidity" button. Select the two tokens you want to add liquidity to (one of them must be TRX) and enter the amount of funds you want to add and then click the "Supply" button.
When a pool contract is created, its balance for each token is 0. In order for the pool to begin the trading, someone has to make an initial deposit. This first liquidity provider sets the starting price for the pool. USP is a stablecoin, built on the ethereum platform, that will be used in uSwap as the base token, as stablecoin means the price will always be $ 1.
Instructions for exchanging tokens:
| 1 | Select the token you are holding and the token you want to exchange it for. Then enter the amount and Uswap will automatically calculate the corresponding amount of another token, and then click on the "Swap" button. |
| 2 | Confirm your swap details in the confirmation window and then click the "Confirm Swap" button. |
| 3 | Click the Accept button in the “Request signature” pop-up window. The swap is completed when a successful message is shown in the upper right-hand side of the page. |
Whenever liquidity is deposited into the pool, special tokens, known as liquidity tokens, are minted to the provider's address in proportion to how much liquidity they have contributed to the pool. To get the underlying liquidity back, plus any fees that were charged while their liquidity was locked, LPs must burn their liquidity tokens.
