Description of the Zethyr Swap 2.0 project
In Zethyr Finance 2.0, you can not only borrow, but also lend your dormant TRON Zethyr tokens to maximize your profitability. In the beginning, Zethyr will accept USDT, TRX, WIN and BTT as collateral, offering USDT and TRX to borrow.
One of the major updates to Zethyr Finance 2 is that you can deposit your unoccupied TRON tokens into Zethyr Finance loan pools to maximize your profitability. The process is simple, as is how you post your collateral.
To maximize the return for depositors, Zethyr will combine the following strategies:
| Firstly | Lending to other users, who need to borrow. |
| Secondly | Place bets on dapps to earn betting rewards. |
| Thirdly | Making deposits to other financial protocols to receive rewards. |
While depositing idle tokens to other protocols helps to increase profitability for lenders, it can reduce available liquidity for Zethyr borrowers, who require instant credit lines, and Zethyr lenders, who require instant withdrawals. Leaving too much downtime, however, lowers the profitability of lenders. Therefore, a compromise must be made. In the beginning, Zethyr will leave 5% of the total supply idle at all times to facilitate urgent loans and withdrawals. The percentage can change if necessary.
