Mar 1, 2024

Yesterday, on February 29, an unknown crypto investor made an unusual operation on the Binance exchange, selling all the accumulated 1.97 trillion PEPE coins for $6.07 million. This brought him a net profit of $3.49 million. This move did not go unnoticed in the community, and it was reported on Lookonchain.

According to onchain, this "smart whale" then decided to change his investment strategy by redistributing his assets. He purchased 75.9 billion SHIB coins worth $893,000.

On March 1, analysts recorded that this crypto investor also purchased an additional 1.6 million MANA coins ($1.07 million), 2.43 million SAND coins ($1.48 million) and 36.88 million GALA coins (~$1.46 million).

Thus, the investor rebalanced his portfolio, which was reflected in his Lookonchain wallet, which was marked as "smart". This indicates that most of this trader's trades are profitable.

All cryptocurrencies chosen by him demonstrate positive dynamics in the market:

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) meme coin is trading at $0.00001416, having gained 48 in a week%;
The Decentraland Metaverse coin (MANA) is worth $0.66 (+52%);
The Sandbox metaverse token (SAND) costs $0.65 (+31%);
The asset of the Gala gaming blockchain platform costs $0.04 (+41%).
It is also worth noting that earlier the market capitalization of the dogwifhat (WIF) memcoin based on Solana reached $955 million. The asset grew by almost 30% after it was supported by the forward of the Los Angeles Lakers basketball club LeBron James.

Recall that on February 24, crypto blogger Ben Armstrong, known from the Bitboy Crypto YouTube channel, held a duel against the developer under the nickname More Light. This event led to the growth of two meme tokens BITCOIN and BEN by 50% and 55%, respectively.
