This week, sales of non-interchangeable tokens (NFT) increased markedly again, rising by 11.62% and reaching $442.02 million over the past seven days. While bitcoin-based NFTs continue to remain in the spotlight, competing for the leadership in terms of sales among 22 different blockchain platforms.

This week, there was an increase in the number of NFT transactions, especially bitcoin-based NFTs, whose sales volume amounted to $166,090,817. According to the data, interest in digital collectibles in bitcoins increased by 14.26% compared to the previous week.

Two collections on the bitcoin blockchain became the leaders — Uncategorized Ordinals and Nodemonkes, which collected $41.46 million and $37.02 million, respectively. The Natcats Tap NFT collection took the fourth place with sales of $11,227,067.

Ethereum-based NFT transactions follow bitcoin, recording the second largest sales volume at $165,264,274. Cryptopanks stand out among collections on Ethereum, ranking third in weekly sales with $27,041,685.

In addition, this week, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and Pudgy Penguins have made a significant contribution to the success of Ethereum, providing sales from $11,210,023 to $10,978,077. Overall, NFT sales on Ethereum increased by 11.72% compared to the previous week.

Solana, BNB Chain and Mythos Chain blockchains took the third, fourth and fifth places in terms of NFT sales. The Blast blockchain showed the largest weekly growth, increasing sales by 196.64% to $5,306,912.

The most expensive sale was "Alien", sold for $16 million. Other notable deals included Solana for $355,368 and Uncategorized Ordinary NFT for $353,833.

The most expensive ordinary, Runestone, was sold at auction for 8 BTC ($544,713). The creator of the token, Leonidas, promised that all proceeds from this auction will be used to pay network commissions for airdrop Runestone.
