The ApeCoin DAO has partnered with Forj, an NFT platform under Animoca Brands, following approval of Ape Improvement Proposal (AIP) 209. Together, they're launching the Ape Accelerator program, a community-driven Web3 initiative funded by the ApeCoin DAO. This program provides a platform for promising projects to engage with the 200,000+ strong ApeCoin community, fostering innovation and enhancing ApeCoin's utility.

AIP-209 paved the way for the Ape Accelerator, with its main goal being to strengthen the ApeCoin ecosystem by supporting relevant projects. APE token holders play an active role by supporting these projects through various means, including NFT and token purchases, as well as voting on project proposals, ensuring a democratic decision-making process.
