Avraham Eisenberg, who was convicted of fraud and market manipulation in connection to the Mango Markets heist, is facing charges of possessing child pornography. FBI agents found the illegal material on his devices during a search in January 2023. Court documents allege that some images involved minors under the age of 12, but these allegations have not yet been proven in court. The investigation into these charges expanded after an initial search relating to fraud and manipulation charges. Investigative journalist Christopher Brunet first reported the child pornography charges and also claims to have disturbing screenshots of conversations involving children.
