The Bridged USDC Standard means deploying a Bridged USDC cryptocurrency on blockchains compatible with EVM. Bridged USDC will serve as a proxy for the native USDC held on Ethereum, helping developers on layer 2 blockchains, including Soneium, to accept digital dollar payments quickly. If necessary, Soneium retains the option to revert to its native coin.
