The largest cryptocurrency exchange in the US, Coinbase, has announced the addition of three new altcoins to its listing roadmap.

According to a recent announcement, Coinbase has added BankrCoin (BNKR), Jito Staked SOL (JITOSOL), and Metaplex (MPLX) to its listing roadmap. These altcoins are under review by the Coinbase team and have a high probability of being listed. Typically, such announcements lead to listings occurring within a week.

Analysis of New Altcoins

JITOSOL is indexed to the SOL token price, yet there hasn't been a notable increase in its value. The altcoin BNKR is still in the process of entering major exchanges. Metaplex (MPLX) stands out as the only altcoin that significantly benefited from this news, with a price increase of 33% up to the critical threshold of $0.20. However, quick profit-taking brought it back down to $0.16, and in the last 11 hours, the price fell below $0.167, losing 20% of its value.

Future Trading Offers by Coinbase

The latest update announced that Coinbase will begin offering futures trading for Caldera and SushiSwap. This development suggests a continued expansion in Coinbase’s offerings, potentially attracting increased attention from traders and investors globally.
