Binance Charity and the Children of Heroes Foundation have partnered to offer aid and emotional recovery for children impacted by the conflict in Ukraine. Together, they plan to organize a 12-day camp called “I am Da Vinci” for 50 children who have lost parents in the war.

The main aim of the program is to create a safe environment for these children to heal from their trauma. The camp will offer a unique mix of services focusing on mental health, adventure, building a sense of community, and emotional healing.

Kyrylo Khomiakov, the Regional Head for CEE & Central Asia at Binance, emphasized the importance of supporting initiatives that alleviate the suffering of children and bring hope for a better future. He expressed Binance's commitment to providing compassionate assistance as a heartfelt responsibility.

Tetiana Novytska, CEO of Children of Heroes, highlighted the emotional and psychological impact of war on children, especially those who have lost loved ones. She stressed the importance of integrating beneficiaries into society and organizing camps where children can work with psychologists to recover from their traumatic experiences.

The camp activities will include creative tasks, competitions, and responsibilities to enhance intellectual growth and self-expression. Professional psychological care will be provided throughout the camp to help campers manage their emotions, come to terms with their losses, and cope with their past experiences.

By fostering a supportive environment, the program aims to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness while encouraging meaningful connections among campers facing similar challenges.

The summer camp program is made possible by donations to Binance Charity. A contribution of 50,000 USDT, equivalent to 2,000,000 UAH, will support the camp experience, which is essential for the success of the program.
