After a tough start to 2025, the cryptocurrency market shows signs of recovery. One interesting case is Dogecoin, which is demonstrating noticeable growth.

Market Overview

Since the beginning of 2025, the cryptocurrency market has faced difficulties, including a 45% decline in Ethereum in the first quarter. However, ETH has risen 12% in the last week, and this positive movement is reflected in other coins like Dogecoin.

Harmonic Pattern on DOGE Chart

The daily DOGE chart, built using Heikin Ashi candles, reveals a Bearish Cypher pattern — a harmonic formation that often signals a bullish continuation towards a key reversal zone. The structure starts at point X, where there was a rejection from the February 14 high of $0.2866, then the price fell to point A, followed by a recovery bounce to point B and another deep correction to point C, which bottomed at $0.1298 on April 7 — a 59% decline from point X.

Future Prospects for DOGE

DOGE is entering a critical resistance zone on the CD leg, which could trigger either profit-taking or a quick acceleration depending on momentum. Before reaching the final point D, the coin must first break above the intermediate resistance at $0.1896, coinciding with the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement level. A solid breakout from this level could significantly quicken DOGE's movement to the final target.

Thus, technical analysis shows positive prospects for DOGE in the short term, but monitoring key resistance levels is vital.
