May 7, 2024

A cryptocurrency platform based in Singapore, Galaxis, has successfully raised $10 million from various investors and firms in the global crypto and technology sectors.

As per the press release on Tuesday, key round participants include Chainlink, Rarestone Capital, Ethereum Name Services (ENS), ENS co-founder Nick Johnson, and Taisu Ventures. Additionally, notable figures like JohnnyZcash and KapotheGoat01 will serve as strategic partners and promoters for innovative solutions per the firm's announcement on X.

Not only did Galaxis receive funding from venture capitalists and round participants, but proceeds from the sale of 11,000 'Galaxis Engines' through the firm's node sale also contributed to the total funding amount.

Galaxis, known for enabling brands and creators to create NFT collections and earn rewards, has previously collaborated with celebrities such as Val Kilmer, Steve Aoki, Mike Tyson, and LaMelo Ball.

Having sold over 225,000 NFTs in recent years, generating over $32,000 ETH in secondary NFT sales valued at around $100 million, the firm is gearing up for its highly anticipated 'mass distribution.'

As stated, Galaxis intends to launch its native token on Bybit in stages, starting with an Initial Dex Offering (IDO). CEO Andras Kristof highlighted the company's $1 million creator and community grants, underlining its commitment to empowering content creators and providing essential support.

Kristof expressed confidence that the use of this innovative technology will bring tangible value across various sectors, surpassing the hype surrounding Web3.
