Santiment's findings highlight that Optimism, an Ethereum-based scaling protocol, ranked first with a remarkable 541.33 commits, demonstrating a 146% surge compared to the following project. Despite this vigorous developer engagement, Optimism's token, OP, encountered a significant decline in value.
