Gala Games, in collaboration with the developers of Common Ground World (formerly known as Town Star), announced the launch of the long-awaited guild feature in their flagship farming simulation. Guilds will operate based on ownership of nodes in Common Ground World, turning these nodes into the first tokenized node licenses in the Gala Games ecosystem. These tokenized licenses, known as NFT Node Workload Tokens, will soon be launched on GalaChain. The community can expect the implementation of guilds around late April 2024, with each NFT Node Workload Token supporting one guild.

Ownership of the NFT Node Workload Tokens in Common Ground World will allow players to create their own in-game guilds, which can include up to 20 members. Guild founders will be able to appoint a name and unique tag for their guild, as well as describe it. Leading a guild provides the opportunity to manage the guild's own NFT library, using it to host various NFTs that can benefit all members, making the group stronger overall.

Players will be able to apply to guilds as well as accept invitations. Developers plan to introduce guild competitions to foster a true team spirit among members. More detailed information about the key gaming feature will be disclosed as the release date approaches.
