The venture division of the cryptocurrency platform KuCoin has entered into a partnership with the TON Foundation. As part of this collaboration, KuCoin will provide a grant to support the TON ecosystem, with the exact amount of the grant remaining unknown. This funding will be directed towards supporting five projects within the ecosystem, focusing on the development of payment systems and GameFi.

The grants will contribute to the expansion of the Future3 campus and the TON educational camp. The goal of this collaboration is to fund innovative projects, scientific research, developments, as well as initiatives for community building and marketing.

This agreement reflects KuCoin's aspiration to strengthen the interaction between cryptocurrency exchanges and public blockchain networks. It is noteworthy that in November, Animoca Brands, a company involved in Web3 games, announced strategic investments in the TON blockchain and became its largest validator.

On October 31, TON set a world record by processing 104,715 transactions per second. Developers claim that the network is capable of handling millions of operations per second with a sufficient number of validators.
