The team behind the Kuroro Beasts gaming ecosystem has announced that their turn-based PvP game, Kuroro Beast Brawl, is now officially available on mobile devices as a progressive web app. A progressive web app (PWA) is an application made using common web technologies that does not require downloading from an app store. Users can simply visit the site in their mobile browsers and add it as an app on their phones for convenient access.

According to the announcement, the studio decided to go mobile to have a mobile build using the existing tech stack that was used to launch the free game in early access in web browsers last year. Being a PWA, players are promised the ability to enjoy a seamless Web3 experience, avoiding dealings with the App Store and not forcing users to download anything. This also allows having one build for both Android and iOS, ensuring more efficient game development, which is currently in open alpha testing.

This release includes various quality of life improvements, such as reducing the disconnect timer to 30 seconds, removing automatic actions, and introducing a new surrender button along with a sudden death system. With the free-to-play airdrop campaign still ongoing throughout the first quarter of 2024, playing this mobile version allows you to earn daily experience, which is used to rank you in the upcoming airdrop, through which the developers plan to distribute 7% of the $KURO supply, with more specific details available on the official Kuroro website.
