The Mocaverse project by Animoca Brands, cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin, and Halo Wallet have collaborated to simplify user navigation across various industry segments such as crypto trading, DeFi, GameFi, and SocialFi. This partnership aims to integrate the Mocaverse SBT token, Moca ID, KuCoin accounts, and the Halo Genesis membership ticket to redefine network identity and foster growth in the Web3 environment.

A KuCoin representative noted that Web3 sub-ecosystems operate relatively independently, creating challenges for users to access the benefits of these sub-ecosystems. The initiative seeks to address this issue by establishing cross-platform identification links between KuCoin, Mocaverse, and Halo Wallet users.

Animoca Brands co-founder Yat Siu emphasized that the initiative unifies the user experience, simplifying access to and use of services. The integration is expected to enhance the network effect, increasing the value of Mocaverse, its partners, and users thanks to the decentralized nature of the Moca ID, which is community-owned. This is expected to stimulate innovation and growth in community-owned networks, especially within SocialFi and DeFi, and extend to GameFi and the sectors of education and finance.

KuCoin views this collaboration as an industry example of enhancing cross-platform value for users across different Web3 ecosystems. Halo Wallet also plans to gradually transfer management rights of its SocialFi ecosystem to the community through a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization).
