U.S. Attorney's Office reveals bribery of FBI agent in bitcoins

The U.S. Attorney's Office has alleged that two Chinese intelligence officers tried to bribe the official with $61,000 worth of bitcoins.

The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York is acting in response to an ongoing federal criminal investigation, as well as the prosecution of a global telecommunications firm, based in China.

It is an issue of a "double agent" who was in the service of the FBI. There is information that this agent took bribes in BTC twice.
