Akedo Games started as a Web3 gaming project focused on Telegram and the TON ecosystem, but its concept has expanded significantly over time. Today, AKEDO is developing an AI-native platform for creating games and digital content with multiple specialized AI agents, while gaming remains an important part of the ecosystem. Users can launch existing games, create their own projects through text prompts, and integrate Web3 mechanics, including wallets and digital ownership. This transition shows how Telegram GameFi is increasingly intersecting with AI agents, vibe coding, and user-generated content.

1. What Is Akedo Games and How the Project Has Evolved

Akedo Games gained attention in 2024 as a project developing games within Telegram. In July, The Open Platform (TOP), a company within the TON ecosystem, announced a strategic investment in Akedo to support the development of Telegram games using TON blockchain infrastructure. The size of the investment was not publicly disclosed.

One of the project's first notable products was Akedog, a Telegram game featuring collectible digital pets. Members of the Akedo team had previously contributed to or worked on gaming projects such as PUBG Mobile, League of Legends, AFK Arena, and Rise of Kingdoms. The initial strategy focused on building a gaming hub within Telegram where users could access Web3 games without installing a separate client.

The project's positioning later evolved. AKEDO began developing as a Multi-Agent AI framework for autonomous digital content creation. Games remained part of the model, becoming one of the main types of content that users can create with AI-powered tools.

As a result, the modern AKEDO ecosystem combines several areas: a gaming portal, game-generation tools, AI agents, and Web3 infrastructure. The project can therefore no longer be described solely as a Telegram GameFi application. Its current model is closer to an AI-native creator platform focused on creating and distributing interactive content.

2. Akedo Games, Akedog, and Web3 Mechanics

The early Akedog Generator product used digital pet collection mechanics. Players could acquire Akedogs, combine them, develop their collections, and interact with NFT components. Access was provided directly through a Telegram bot, reducing the entry barrier compared with Web3 games that require users to install a separate client.

This format reflected the growth of Telegram Mini Apps and gaming applications within the TON ecosystem in 2024. Telegram simultaneously served as the user interface, social platform, and game distribution channel, while blockchain technology was used for selected operations involving digital assets.

  • Akedog — an early gaming model based on collecting and developing digital pets.
  • Game Arcade — a catalog format bringing multiple games together within one ecosystem.
  • NFTs — blockchain-based assets used in digital collection mechanics.
  • Telegram — the original primary access channel for Akedo's gaming products.
  • Web3 wallets — a way for users to connect to on-chain functions and digital ownership features.

AKEDO later expanded access beyond its original Telegram-focused model. The web platform supports sign-in through Google, X, and WalletConnect, while the H5 version introduced support for different wallets and multiple cryptocurrencies, including BNB and ETH. This reflects the project's transition from a predominantly TON-oriented model toward broader Web3 infrastructure.

At the same time, blockchain is not required for every in-game action. The user interface, AI generation, and gameplay can operate off-chain, while a wallet is needed for functions related to asset ownership, cryptocurrency payments, or other on-chain operations.

3. AI Agents, AiCreate, and Prompt-Based Game Creation

One of the main directions of the modern AKEDO platform is AI-powered game creation. The project uses a multi-agent model in which different AI agents handle specific stages of development. The user describes an idea through a text prompt, after which the system distributes tasks among specialized agents.

According to the platform's description, individual agents can perform the roles of World Builders, Rule Designers, Balancers, and Storytellers. They are responsible for creating maps, defining game rules, adjusting balance, and developing narrative elements. This approach differs from relying on a single general-purpose language model because the development process is divided among several interconnected roles.

This direction has been expanded through AiCreate and Vibe Coding products. AKEDO has showcased mobile games created using this approach and associated with BNB Chain, MEW, THENA, WORLD3, Azuki, Seraph, and other Web3 projects. A user can describe a game concept through a prompt, while the AI system generates a basic interactive product that can be accessed through the platform.

In 2025, AKEDO also introduced the ADODO AI Agent, which allows users to initiate content creation through prompts on the X social platform. In certain scenarios, users can provide a BEP-20 address to connect generated content with a wallet. AI therefore functions not only as a way to accelerate traditional development but also as an interface between a user's idea, the game engine, and Web3 functionality.

4. How Akedo Differs from Traditional Web3 Games

Most blockchain games are built around a single gaming product: developers create the mechanics, issue NFTs or tokens, and users interact with the finished system. AKEDO is gradually moving toward a different model in which users can act as both players and content creators.

Parameter AKEDO Traditional Web3 Game Traditional Gaming Platform
Core Model AI creation and gaming hub Single blockchain game Game catalog or standalone game
Game Creation Prompts and AI agents Development team Editor or development team
User Role Player and creator Primarily player Player or UGC creator
Web3 Wallets and on-chain assets Tokens, NFTs, and smart contracts Usually absent
AI Multi-agent framework Optional component Depends on the platform
Distribution Web, Telegram, and social channels Web or game client Web, mobile, or PC

The main technological difference is the use of AI directly in the content creation process. Vibe coding reduces the number of manual steps between formulating an idea and producing a working prototype. This can potentially expand the range of creators because users do not necessarily need to write all of the code themselves to build a simple game.

However, AI generation does not eliminate traditional development requirements. Game quality still depends on mechanics, balance, interface design, stability, and the ability to retain users. An automatically generated prototype can accelerate experimentation, but it does not guarantee demand for the final product.

5. Economy, Funding, and Risks of the AKEDO Ecosystem

Following its initial support from The Open Platform, the project attracted additional capital. In January 2026, AKEDO announced a $5 million seed funding round to develop its AI-native Content Creation Engine and Launchpad. The round was led by Karatage, with participation from Sfermion, Collab+Currency, MARBLEX, Seed Club, The Open Platform, TON Ventures, Gagra Ventures, Kenetic Capital, and Metalabs Ventures.

AKEDO's economic concept is built around the creation and monetization of user-generated content. The platform is developing mechanisms that allow users to release games and AI-generated content, connect the results with digital ownership, and potentially use tokenized collections. The ecosystem also includes ADODO Nodes, which are associated with content creation, participation, and user reward mechanisms.

When analyzing the project, it is important to distinguish between currently available functionality and planned areas of development. AI game generation and the web platform are available to users, while certain Launchpad, tokenization, and monetization mechanisms may be introduced gradually. Marketing claims about significantly accelerating development should also be treated as project-reported metrics rather than universal results for every developer.

AKEDO's main risks are associated with several technological layers. AI-generated games can vary in code quality and security, while scaling UGC requires effective moderation and copyright management. Web3 functionality adds risks related to smart contracts, wallets, digital assets, and cryptocurrency volatility. Real demand is also critical to the creator economy: a large number of automatically generated games does not by itself guarantee an audience or revenue for developers.

Overall, Akedo Games has evolved from a Telegram-focused Web3 gaming project into a broader AI-native content creation platform. The combination of multi-agent AI, vibe coding, gaming tools, and blockchain mechanics creates a model in which users can act not only as players but also as creators. AKEDO's future development will depend on the quality of generated games, developer activity, demand for its AI tools, and the project's ability to establish a sustainable economy around user-generated content.
