American football player Tom Brady and his wife, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, signed an agreement with the FTX crypto exchange in 2021, as a result of which they received a stake in the company. Also, they invested about 650 million dollars. As part of the deal, Tom received bitcoin and became an ambassador for FTX. Gisele focused on the philanthropic aspects of the work. Other details of the collaboration were not disclosed.

The problems began when the discussion about the sale of FTX to the Binance exchange came up. While a lot of rumors and discussions were around the collapse of FTX, Changpeng Zhao wrote that Binance uses FTT tokens in its orders.

Due to the current situation, investors may lose their invested funds. In addition, the state of Sam Bankman-Fried has decreased by almost 94% and the head of the company no longer bears the status of a billionaire.
