Decentralized AI Infrastructure Expansion Announcement

ceτi AI has recently finalized an extended purchase agreement with Cedarcross International Technologies, Inc. for the acquisition of three additional high-performance computing (HPC) servers. Each server is equipped with 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs, and the agreement includes an option to procure an additional 200 identical HPC servers. This agreement signifies the culmination of ceτi AI’s pilot-scale deployment in British Columbia and sets the stage for a substantial 25x expansion of the ceτi AI Global Infrastructure Network. The expansion will involve additional GPU and server allocations throughout the third quarter of 2024.

The forthcoming servers, powered by NVIDIA’s cutting-edge H100 GPUs, are anticipated to be delivered within an estimated timeframe of 45 days. These new additions will significantly enhance the network's capacity to facilitate various AI application development and research endeavors. Through its pilot installation, the company has introduced a leading-edge solution tailored for web3 protocols, independent developer teams, and advanced AI research groups. The installation comprises an 8-server, 64 GPU scalable unit that offers linear and limitless scalability.

In addition to the immediate network expansion, the agreement allows for the potential acquisition of up to 200 identical HPC servers from Cedarcross until September 30th, 2024. This feature underscores the ongoing commitment of both entities to sustained growth and technological progression within the decentralized AI domain. ceτi AI has already identified potential hyperscale data center locations for these servers in Montreal, New Jersey, and Santa Clara, with efforts underway to secure funding for their procurement, installation, and initial operation.

Regarding the collaboration, Dennis Jarvis, the CEO of ceτi AI, emphasized the escalating demand from institutional developers, independent researchers, and blockchain protocols for the essential chip and server infrastructure crucial for the forthcoming Age of Artificial Intelligence. Deploying such extensive physical infrastructure for decentralized AI necessitates robust partnerships, top-tier talent, and close collaboration to achieve collective objectives. Jarvis expressed pride in the partnership with Cedarcross, highlighting their value as a partner embodying these critical attributes.
