VivoPower International PLC has announced a partnership with Doppler Finance to develop a new asset management strategy using XRP.
Regenerative Loop Strategy
VivoPower is allocating $30 million for a pilot program aimed at creating a 'regenerative loop' using XRP. This strategy involves the systematic reinvestment of earned yields to enhance long-term asset value. It is anticipated that assets managed under this program may grow to over $200 million. Legal expert Bill Morgan called this approach a 'good step' for treasury management, highlighting the positive impact of the model on yield growth.
VivoPower's Investments in Ripple
As part of its broader strategy, VivoPower has invested $100 million in Ripple equity, allowing the synchronization of treasury operations with Ripple's future role in institutional blockchain adoption. This also enhances VivoPower's financial reputation in the market tied to Ripple's expanding potential.
Current XRP Price and Forecasts
Currently, XRP trades at $2.86, having increased by 2.23% in the last 24 hours. Analysts point to the importance of the $2.74 support level; if maintained, XRP could rise to $3.00 and potentially challenge the $3.20–$3.40 resistance area. However, if XRP dips below $2.74, it may lead to significant selling pressure and target lower levels.
