The general manager of Galaxy Digital gave his opinion on the NFT industry. He believes that the system of non-fungible tokens has excellent prospects in the market.

Tim Grant believes that the decisions of central banks and politicians can negatively affect the fluctuations in the bitcoin rate, because BTC is increasingly interacting with the stock market.

The Galaxy Digital analyst links the dependence of the BTC rate on the US Federal Reserve System (FRS) and the decisions of European politicians. Therefore, the macroeconomic situation directly affects bitcoin quotes.

Tim Grant also noted the attack on Binance Smart Chain that happened a week earlier. The expert believes that new hacker hacks are not ruled out. However, this is unlikely to affect the fall of Bitcoin and other crypto assets.

With regards to NFT, in the future they will be popular and in good demand, as many brands begin cooperation and release their own unique collections. NFTs, like other assets, go through phases of ups and downs. After active distribution last year, interest in unique tokens has decreased significantly now.

Grant is confident that a new NFT boom is possible thanks to several new projects, the names of which the specialist has not announced yet.

It is worth noting that in 2022, about 6,000 trademarks in the form of NFTs were registered. This is three times more than last year.
