Pigletz — a collectible game with DeFi elements. It is built around the main character - Piglet, an NFT that has a piggy bank utility where users can deposit crypto tokens and earn PiFi.
Features of working with the Pigletz project
Pigletz - various items (a modern version of a piggy bank) that can exist in the Metaverse, as well as in the real world. Piglet is a combination of NFT, Game, DeFi, MetaVerse and Real World elements.
Each Piglet begins its life randomly minted and at level 1. Being at level 1 means that only some of its traits are revealed. To progress through the levels and unlock more traits, the owner needs to wait and collect PiFi (similar to experience points). There are options to speed up the collection - for example, by completing tasks and activating boosters.
By breaking the pig figure, the owner actually kills it, losing NFTs and collectible value, but gaining all assets inside it. Before the start of the game, the owner enters into a certain contract with the piglet and receives a real 3D-printed piglet figurine. During materialization, the NFT is locked and cannot be transferred. The only way to unlock it - to break the Piglet figurine (in the real world) and use the codes inside it to unlock it.

Pigletz produces its own token, called PiFi. PiFi tokens help to level up a piglet, in DeFi services, and to order a physical piglet. In the future, PiFi will become part of MetaVerse.
How does Piggy Bank work?
Each piglet has its own wallet, which can receive and send tokens. The management of this wallet is delegated to the smart contract of the piglet. This means that no single person can have direct access to it. To deposit crypto tokens into a piglet, its owner has two options.
Deposit — a method in a smart contract that allows you to deposit a crypto-token, specified at its address, into a pig. The token must be listed in PancakeSwap. The contract will automatically estimate its value in US dollars and add it to the piglet.
Direct transfer — the user can send tokens directly to the piglet's wallet address. However, this does not automatically register the token in piglet. To register it, its owner must call the register method, which provides the address of the token. The Piglet valuation is based on the sum of the total valuation of all deposited tokens.
Staking allows Pigletz to participate in a contract for a specified period. During this period, a special booster with 50% gain will be activated. After unstaking, the booster will be deactivated.
