Tournament system and seasonal events

The gameplay structure of DeFight Club includes a series of seasonal cycles, regular tournaments, and PvE/PvP event activities. These elements set the rhythm of the project's development, boost player engagement, and create a sustainable demand model for in-game assets and NFTs.

Seasons

The season mechanics will be activated after the MVP phase is complete. Each season represents a closed cycle of activity with a fixed duration. Within a season:

  • new PvE scenarios and tournaments are launched;
  • progression, rankings, and rewards are updated;
  • additions are made to the metagame and economic conditions;
  • unique NFTs and titles are issued.

The seasonal structure encourages player return, intensifies competitive dynamics, and allows the team to roll out new mechanics in stages.

Tournaments

The tournament system is split into individual and team (alliance) formats. Tournaments are held in both the web version and the Telegram WebApp, synchronized in rules and economy.

Individual formats:

  • 1vs1 Tournament β€” one-on-one battles.
  • FFA Tournament β€” free-for-all, the last survivor wins.
  • Financial Pyramid β€” a team PvP mode with dynamic roster reshuffling after each stage.

Clan tournaments:

  • MarginCall Arena β€” an epic arena for alliances, competing for titles and seasonal prizes.

All tournaments grant access to valuable resources and items, NFT rewards, and impact the ranking system.

Events

The game features a flexible event system with varying frequencies:

1. Seasonal (calendar-based):

  • New Year, holiday, and crypto dates (halvings, ETF events).
  • Unique PvE modes and collectible rewards.

2. Cyclical:

  • Faction battles (Bulls vs Bears).
  • Alliance captures of key locations.
  • Server competitions for the title of the main β€œSatoshi”.

3. Dynamic:

  • Wave of Hate β€” the emergence of meme bosses attacked by all players.
  • Memepocalypse β€” defense against waves of crypto monsters.
  • Code Labyrinth β€” PvE maze run with puzzles and traps.
  • DogeBoss Fight β€” a challenge for drones and team tactics.

Events serve as drivers of NFT loot, sources of rare resources, and opportunities for in-game trading.

Conclusion

Seasons, tournaments, and events in DeFight Club are not only elements of gameplay variety but also a systemic mechanism for value distribution, managing player activity, and forming a sustainable Web3 economy. They increase item turnover, stimulate synthesis, and enhance network effects through factions and alliances.
